"We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen." ~Paul Coelho
I came upon this quote just this evening and could not help but share it with you. I find it so inspiring..and true. Let's not shy away from the unexpected, for it is inevitable. Let's instead welcome it, for only then shall we leave ourselves open to many possibilities...and perhaps a miracle.
Have a beautiful night my dears!

Wisdom. Which I should embrace. Since I'm one of those control-it-all persons. Well, having the silly wish to be able to do the impossible and control-it-all. I know it's not possible.
ReplyDeleteBut I'm still working on fully integrating that fact [that it's impossible] into my life. :-)
Just letting you know how much I enjoy your blog and that I have nominated you for an award. You can pick it at Moontides.
ReplyDeleteDear Miss Sandra, my I take the liberty of pointing you to a nice blog I've found recently? I was just commenting in it, and thought; "Perhaps Miss Sandra would like to read here, a bit?" And so, I came over and am leaving a link to this blog.
ReplyDeleteIf you do like it, and you do leave a comment, would you be so kind as to say that "Aunt Amelia' sent you? Please and thank you...
Wonderful quote. Sometimes it is hard and a bit scary to let the unexpected happen ~ at least for me.
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a beautiful day!
Chuck,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. Yes..open hearts are always susceptible to life's little gifts, and yes.. miracles.
Aunt Amelia,
Wisdom...funny word that. Sometimes I feel so wise, but I catch myself many a time, questioning. Wisdom is not always wise within itself...does that make sense? It's all perspective. No matter. We know when we are truly wise. Life teaches us..and shows us the answer along the way.
Thank you for the link to the blog..I shall visit there soon!
Moontides,
Thank you so much. I am honored for the award. I shall stop by shortly. So happy you've enjoyed your visits to Harmonie.
Laurie,
I agree..it can be quite scary. After all, who really knows what the unexpected can bring? Still, if we keep an open heart and mind...and a positive outlook...we can draw good things our way.
I hope you are having a lovely evening dear!
As always, thank you all for stopping by. Your comments mean very much to me.
Hugs all around!
Miss Sandra
I adore the quote, it is so very true. I have missed my visits to Harmonie House, my internet connection was down for awhile and to make matters worse Blogger was making posting comments almost impossible. All is well now, a new computer modem and blogger is behaving, all is very well.
