The Peaceful Path

 

My Dears...

Isn't this a beautiful image? It seems every time I look at it, I find myself on the peaceful path to a better place in heart, and mind. Sometimes when the cares of the world seem a bit heavy, even if just for the briefest of moments, all it takes is for me to set my eyes upon such a lovely sight and I'm reminded that the road in our lives is paved by our thoughts and actions. 

This is the path I want my road to lead me on...a peaceful and blissful path. 

Just a reminder my friends that even though life isn't always easy and we are thrust into the occasional stormy sea...we have the power and heart within us to get through it and find our inner peace.

    Oh Miss Sandra! That is a beautiful pathway. I can see it meandering until it reaches a vine-shrouded seat with piping hot orange pekoe tea and gluten free scones waiting on a lace-covered silver tray. Blissful wishes to you. I think this image will be incorporated into my "Happy Place" mental imagery. :-)

    That really is a lovely image. It reminds me of the garden scenes in "Spirited Away." What is that tree? I can't call to mind the name. It's very like an azalea.

      Dear Grace,
      First I want to say it's lovely to meet you! So glad you stopped by. What this image looks to me is a bunch of over-grown rhododendrons within other trees and bushes. I have these same colored rhododendrons on the front lawn of Harmonie House, and mine are also over-grown.
